Primary care is under increasing pressure, with GPs facing growing demand and complex prescribing challenges. A large part of their time is taken up by medicines-related tasks such as discharge reconciliations, repeat prescriptions, and authorisations reducing the time available for direct patient care.
Founded by Advanced Clinical Pharmacists and GPs, we embed highly trained pharmacy professionals into practices and PCNs who are ready to deliver from day one. Through our award-winning training and clinical expertise, we reduce GP workload, improve prescribing safety, and support the NHS in delivering better patient care.
Why We Exist
As practising clinicians in primary care, we saw a clear gap: pharmacists and pharmacy technicians lacked standardised training, leading to inconsistent quality and a “lottery” approach.
We founded TMMT to change this providing structured, practical training that ensures pharmacists and technicians deliver safe, effective work from day one. Using the right codes, templates, and protocols, supported by mentoring and ongoing supervision, we help practices and PCNs gain real value and efficiency.
