Attending the NHS Confederation Show in Manchester was an enriching and inspiring experience for our team. The event was brimming with opportunities to network and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, all dedicated to shaping the future of the NHS. We were particularly impressed by the innovative approaches discussed, especially those involving the integration of AI to streamline primary care workloads.

Conversations with other attendees revealed a shared commitment to improving healthcare delivery through technology and collaboration. The exchange of ideas and insights has equipped us with a wealth of new strategies to explore and implement in our ongoing efforts to support the NHS.

As the Medicines Management team, we were proud to showcase our services and highlight the crucial role pharmacists can play in this evolving landscape. Engaging with various healthcare professionals, including GPs, practice managers, and clinical directors, reaffirmed our belief in the significant impact pharmacists can have on reducing administrative burdens and enhancing patient care.

Our discussions underscored the importance of pharmacists in the multidisciplinary teams working towards a more efficient and patient-centric NHS.

We returned from the NHS ConfedExpo with a renewed sense of purpose and numerous innovative ideas to further our mission of alleviating workload pressures in primary care through managed clinical solutions and advanced training programs.
