Training Suite
Our unique training suite provides a centralised location for training, resources, and expertise. It brings together GPs, senior pharmacists, and training materials in one place, making it easier to manage and coordinate training and up-skilling of pharmacists in primary care.
Our pharmacists carry out work independently and confidently, through continuous one-to-one and peer to peer mentoring from experienced advanced clinical practitioners, Senior Pharmacists and GPs. Overall, our training suite offers numerous advantages, including centralised management, standardisation, collaboration, access to expertise, performance measurement, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
These benefits can contribute to improved quality of services delivered to PCNs and GP surgeries which also improves patient outcomes. Our hybrid working model allows pharmacists to work remotely or utilise our modern facilities.
